We primarily use new parts made by your vehicle’s manufacturer. Only in cases where these parts are not available, and with your full agreement, would we consider using alternative high-quality parts to get you back on the road safely.

Some insurance policies also offer an upgrade for a small extra cost to always cover manufacturer parts.
