Google User Review★Navigating through an auto repair process is a tedious & daunting task. The endless phone calls, dealing with insurance adjusters, parts company delays, etc…The staff at Knockout made the process a lot less stressful for me. (Special shout out to Whitney & Taylor!) ❤️
Everyone was very empathetic, understanding & patient (I called…A LOT) 😅 They did an amazing job staying in contact with my insurance & keeping up as updated as new developments unfolded.
On the day of pick-up for my vehicle, as we finished the walk through and starting up the payment process, I realized I had left a supplemental check from the insurance company at home. Keep in mind that it’s 4:15, they close at 5, I live in Paradise & I have 3 little ones. As I start to internally panic, the owner, Kareem, tells me he will follow me up to my place to hand him the check so I don’t have to come back He really went above and beyond. I was so grateful and appreciative!
10/10 would recommend.

I was directed to Knockout Collision and though it was almost 5:00 on a Friday Josh waited for the tow truck to get my car there. All through the process he was professional and communicated well with my insurance company and when I picked up my car it looked good as new. I would recommend knockout Collision Repair to anyone who's in need.

Google User Review★I am so glad we found Knockout Collision Repair! Not only were they able to get our vehicle in quickly but the atmosphere when walking in was friendly and welcoming. The associates were caring and informative paying close attention to all the details. We received pictures of all damages and were included in every step. My favorite part of our entire experience was receiving a thank you card from them for choosing their business. It brought a sense of personalization and community that I absolutely loved. When we picked up our vehicle we got to do a walk around and it was explained that all OE parts were used and not aftermarket replacements. So glad we chose them! Thank you Knockout Collision for the outstanding services you provided to us!

Google User Review★Such a great experience! I had other body shops telling me that I couldn’t get an appointment for another 8 weeks. I went to Knockout and they scheduled me for the NEXT DAY. Amazing customer service (gals at the front desk are so amazing) and great work done on my car. Very efficient and timely. I met the owner and he personally walked out to analyze my car for me.
While the prices were a little on the high end, it was completely worth it for the service I received. I’ll be going back whenever I need work done for sure!

Accident occurred Monday, OEM parts ordered on Tuesday, parts delivered Wednesday and car was completed first thing on Thursday! Their customer service was wonderful. Hopefully I won’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely give them my business and I will always recommend them! Thank you so much Knockout! You guys rock!

Google User Review★Knockout was amazing. Everyone there was so helpful. Never dealt with any long wait times on the phone. I had nothing bad to say by the end of the repairs, unlike most shops in Chico. The two I worked with the most Lichelle (don’t have her card with me right now, guessing on the spelling) and Erin (same thing) were amazing and the nicest to deal with when I’m handling the stress from the collision I was in and had me back in my car within a month. Which I have learned is hard to get. Overall great service, customer care and environment, candies and drinks in the waiting area. They were amazing!

Google User Review★Great experience with Kareem and the entire team at Knockout. Unfortunately I fell victim to a box that bounced out of a truck on the freeway. I couldn’t dodge it and it took out the right front corner of our new RAV4. We had it towed. Josh, Erin and Lachelle took great care of us. The RAV4 was repaired with all original Toyota parts in a very timely manner. Yes we had to pay a little extra for the OEM parts because our insurance policy only allowed for aftermarket / imitation parts but that wasn’t Kareem or the shop’s fault. Once the repairs were done whether looking at it or driving it you can’t tell anything ever happened. It’s as good as new. Will definitely go back if we ever need them. (Hopefully we won’t lol) Quality and service are unbeatable. Thanks again for the great work Knockout!

After talking to my insurance company and another collision repair company, I called my Hyundai dealership and they recommended Knockout Collision. I spoke to Erin who provided me with a lot of great information and ended up helping me navigate through the entire process. I picked my car up and it is absolutely beautiful! It is less than a year old and you cannot tell it was damaged at all. I absolutely recommend Knockout Collision!

Google User Review★Knockout Collision Repair did a phenomenal job matching the paint on my Hyundai Sonata's roof and hood. It was bubbling and peeling. It looks perfect now and I am a VERY happy, satisfied customer! Kareem, Erin, and Carrie were so helpful and Carrie kept in contact with me and even called the Hyundai dealership for me to help sort things out. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if something else happens to my car, I will definitely be calling them!

Yelp User Review★I had my Highlander repaired there about a year ago after taking out the front end with a deer. They did excellent work and was fast. Just recently the door on my 2018 pickup seemed to be not closing correctly. I thought maybe it need to be adjusted. I stopped in to see them. Asked to set up an appointment to check it out. They had a tech go out and look at it. He found that a couple bolts had loosened a bit. Tightened them up and door was good as new. Went inside and they said no charge. Was awesome. I'll go there for any thing that comes up on my vehicles. They are outstanding

It took awhile for parts to be delivered(but that’s supply chain related because of Covid—not any fault of Knockout’s) The staff is kind and courteous. The quality of the repair is outstanding. Google User Review★Knockout is the best, I brought my 2015 Kia Optima in for a dent fix as well as re-paint on the dent and at first I was skeptical about wether or not they would match the paint right and have the car looking like it never had a dent but they delivered and I must say I was impressed as they got my baby back to me with a perfect paint match and it looked like it never was hit, the job was so amazing that I’m bringing my other car in to have it fixed and I’d recommend them to anyone I know. They are also very kind and pactient, they even filled out my auto claim for me with my insurance provider, thumbs up guys your the best!!!

Kareem, Shawna, and the entire staff at Knockout are professional, kind, patient, and above all the absolute best at what they do! They talked me through all the repairs, helped me navigate the insurance claim, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), and kept me informed throughout the process. I received a handwritten note from the owner, Kareem, about a week after we brought the car in. In this day and age, I can tell you that someone taking the time to write you a note to thank you for your business goes a very long way. Couple that type of consideration with the staff delivering the highest quality of work, and you have hands down, the best place in North State for collision repair. I have iridescent dark gray paint which can be difficult to blend. I took my Audi into Knockout Collision where they did an EXCELLENT job on repairing the damage. Honestly, in all lights and at every angle it looks perfect! They should give their painter a raise. 😊 i received my car back in the timeframe that was given, and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Knockout Collision to eveyone that cares about the looks of their vehicle.

Yelp User Review★My daughter is a student at Chico State and her truck got hit in her apartment parking lot. There were no dents, just paint and scratches. Having a few friends in Chico, I called up there and asked them each for a recommendation. Both immediately said Knockout Collision. I called in and spoke to Kareem and he said to have my daughter call in for an appointment and they would see if they could buff it out at no charge. If not, he would give me an estimate. Kareem's team not only was able to get the scratches out, but they got other ones out as well and washed and vacuumed out the truck. I am amazed there are still top-quality, honest and friendly shops like this around. They went way above and beyond. Incredibly impressed with this whole shop and will go back anytime I need any work. Thanks, Kareem!

Facebook User Review★I was driving back from the Bay Area on I-505 and as I was passing a double trailer semi, a piece of metal flew off and hit the bumper and passenger side front fender of my car. The driver stopped, we exchanged info, and I was told to get an estimate and the trucking company would cover repair and car rental.
I went to the KZFR underwriters' page and found Knockout Collision Repair on the list. I got a quick estimate from Shawna Richards, which was approved by the trucking company and work began. I got the car back today and I must say they went above and beyond any expectation I may have had. It's possible my 2011 Lexus looks newer than it did in 2011.
